High school rule number one: don’t get in a fake relationship with your brother’s best friend, even if he is the allstar quarterback.
Sixteen-year-old Chloe Miller loves drama—the kind that involves a stage and a spotlight, that is. She was born to be in front of an audience. But she doesn’t love the drama her exboyfriend causes when he tries to win her back after cheating on her. To make sure he gets the message that she’ll never have anything to do with him again, she very publicly announces that she has a new boyfriend.
A better boyfriend.
The problem?
That new and improved boyfriend doesn’t actually exist.
Luckily for her, her brother’s scorching hot best friend is willing to be her fake boyfriend for a few weeks to help her avoid public humiliation. In exchange, she’ll give him one-on-one acting lessons to prepare him for the school play. Sure, she’ll have to kiss him, but those rehearsal kisses don’t mean anything, right?
But, as Homecoming draws near, Chloe’s vindictive ex becomes increasingly determined to expose Chloe’s fake relationship to the entire high school. And as she spends more time with her brother’s best friend… she starts to wonder – just how much of this relationship is an act, anyway?
A Fake Boyfriend for Homecoming is a sweet young adult romance that features lots of banter, a gorgeous brother’s best friend, and swoon-worthy dates!
