Matt was supposed to die of terminal cancer. Instead, he got isekai’d—courtesy of a wisecracking truck-turned-avatar—and sent to a paradise world in need of a hero.
There’s just one problem: Gaia is dead. Like, post-apocalyptic, no-oxygen, welcome-to-sand-and-silence dead.
Armed with a full stat sheet, maxed-out survival skills, and absolutely zero context, Matt’s stuck on a barren rock with nothing to kill, no quests to complete, and no idea if this is some cosmic joke or the worst isekai placement of all time.
But Gaia might not be completely empty after all. And if Matt wants to survive—hell, if he wants to matter—he’ll have to turn a broken world into something worth living for.
Even if it kills him. Again.
