Follow the dog if you want to live.
A deadly red cloud is sweeping across America, killing everything it touches.
Nobody knows where it came from. Nobody knows how to stop it.
As cities collapse and the survivors grow desperate, Jason Liddell searches for his missing family alongside a quick-witted orphan kid, a plastic surgeon, and a dog that somehow always knows where safety lies.
The red vapor drifts from city to city like the angel of death. The roads are full of hunters. Staying still means dying.
Their only chance is to keep moving.
And follow the dog.
