The blizzard arrives on Christmas Eve, trapping hundreds at Chicago’s O’Hare Airport. Desperate to make it home to his son, Todd Curry joins three strangers in renting the last four-wheel drive and braving the deadly snowstorm.
Their journey turns ominous when Todd swerves to avoid a ragged man claiming his daughter is lost in the snow. Reluctantly, they agree to take him to the nearest town—but what greets them is far from salvation. The town is eerily empty, fires smolder in the streets, and shadows stalk just beyond the blinding snow.
