The Last Abyssal Heir

The Last Abyssal Heir

Nathan Gregg
Fantasy, LitRPG

Jay never believed in gods. Right up until they kidnapped him.

Being an IT tech and surviving the lower parts of NYC was all Jay had ever known. So when he’s snatched away to a strange world by so-called “gods”, well… imagine his surprise.

Jay had never cared about gods before, but now he must compete to become one in the Celestial Tournament. He just has to make sure he doesn’t die to bloodthirsty monsters, deadly dark chasms, and morally bankrupt humans along the way. Good thing this world operates like the RPGs he’s always played, complete with magic powers and a creepy System keeping tabs on him.

Only one problem: losing means death, and there are no restarts. The only way out is to win, and the only way to win is to spill blood. Both others and his own.

At least, that’s what the mysterious voice stuck in Jay’s head keeps telling him. A voice whose presence might be against the rules…

This book contains a lot of violence, mentions of sexual assault, and people in a bad situation doing what they must to survive. Reader discretion advised.
